Its been a while since I posted a hair picture. It doesn’t seem like theres been much change in length, but I’m still trimming regularly to get rid of split ends. I cut 2 inches off last week because there were so many.
I know its because I’ve been so stressed over the past 7 months and haven’t been taking care of myself. But I promise I will now.
I’m living in a much better flat, its warmer, the kitchen is laid out nicely, and I’m much happier in myself. Hopefully now my hair will become healthier!
Latest picture of hair taken 22/02/2012. Its shorter already, my split ends are going crazy. I know its because I’m not taking care of myself, I need to eat healthier, so I will be uploading pictures of each of my meals now so I can show that I am eating better so I can have really nice hair again!
I think I need new cutting scissors as well… the cheapie ones I got from Boots may not have been the best plan!
My hair and scalp really hate SLS, my hair starts to fall out when I use it. So when Lush switched Rehab to using sodium akyl sulfate I was still a bit hesitant. What if its just the same stuff but they’ve called it a different name?!
I’m fairly certain its not the same stuff! My hair doesn’t fall out with this shampoo. My hair is also naturally shiny after using washing now, and smells divine!
I bought a 250g bottle to try out, and it lasted me 10 months. I now have a 500g bottle - I think I’ll be using this shampoo for a while!

Hairspray, bleach, colours, styling products, ill health; these are all things that can really take a toll on your hair and leave it far away from its natural best.
Rehab is about bringing your hair and scalp back to basics and repairing it with an array of lovely ingredients.
Our shampoo base has added carrageen seaweed gel to soften the hair. Jojoba oil closely resembles the natural sebum of the skin, so is great for giving the scalp a little gentle help, without greasiness.
Olive oil gives tensile strength to the hair and helps it to survive brushing and combing.
Kiwi and mango are included for their nutritious minerals and vitamins. Rosemary gives shine to the hair. Papaya and pineapple contain papain, a natural enzyme, which breaks down dead skin cells and helps to clean.
Then, we add juniper and mint to help the scalp and encourage hair growth.
When your hair is crying out for help, Rehab is here to help you bring it back from the brink and put you on the path towards maximum health of the hair and scalp and everything working in the proper way.
Its not the best photo in the world, I don’t take very good photos of myself!
